We are starting April in the way that makes us the most happy, right here at the Rum Runner.
It was a bit Chilly in the night but the high was a bit over 60 and the wind was around 7 knots. We took advantage and washed the sails and put them back on the boat.
Breakfast with Jim, then Dinner at Orleans Trail restaurant did not disappoint. David and I thought the Prime Rib special was the best we ever tasted. The cooks this year have nailed it and there is no place so far we would rather eat. Discussing just that, we both had to moan....as if we didn't have enough reason to come up here all the time, now such good food just a quick walk up the hill.

White Pelican FYI....the bump on the nose is not an injury, White Pelican's develop the bump in breeding season. |
