Company coming....May 4, 2014

To be completely honest, we are often semi unsocial people.  David and I didn't decide to recluse ourselves intentionally, we just find ourselves really happy enjoying each other's company and oblivious to the outside world.  This may somewhat pass someday, like maybe if we ever get tired of hearing each others stories or thoughts for the one millionth time, or perhaps if we get tired of the sounds of the Lake and listening to the sails in the wind.  More than likely we will always be this way.  As David always says, it is what it is.
This was a really fun day that we choose to step out of our unsocial ways and enjoy the company of guest's at the Rum Runner.  My friend and her sweet, incredibly smart daughter joined us for a sail.  We were also happy to see the Canada Geese back, swimming with their babies up to the back of the boat.  Last but not least, Bunny the beagle, it was fun to see her snoozing in the sun, enjoying the sail.

Later, April....

We are finally back!  I am not talking about being back at Stockton Lake, we have spent plenty of time here,  I'm talking  about this blog. After a complete computer crash, you know the unfixable type, we are now complete MacBook converts.

As if not having our laptop wasn't delay enough, after the arrival of the new Macbook lightening struck and destroyed the modem.  Now were back in action and ready to play catch up.

Finally, it is time to sail.  We couldn't be happier. Spring is a wonderful time here at Stockton Lake.  Nature everywhere.

We love to watch the Eagle's fish and this one was close.
